B and Nancy are branching out!!  Our love for design encompasses function as well as beauty.  In our free time, we love to hunt for treasures.  Unfortunately due to our lack of funds, let alone space, we have been relegated to window shopping and day dreaming.  A typical scenario would involve us wandering through a shop calling out to the other, "hey come look at this".  "Wouldn't it be fantastic to pair that Danish Modern dinner set, with these fantastic Raymond Loewy plates and those Swid Powell Candlesticks as a center piece?"  Yes we are name droppers in our fantasies.  In the end we would leave empty handed but still flying high on the 'what-if'.

Well, we found a solution and  no longer are we forced to leave empty handed.  Now we get the thrill of the hunt, the joy of the find and the ecstasy of the purchase, without the guilt of the spending.  That's where you come in, we find the gems, we buy the beautiful treasures and we make them available to the public so they can fulfill the fantasy by hosting the dinner party with the great pieces we have found throughout our travels.

bandnancy - On this location we list any item for which we can attribute a known designer or at a minimum it fits the Mid Century Modern feel.  For example we have found homes for Rosenthal china designed by Raymond Loewy and Tapio Wirkkala.

darlingsfarm - On this location we list all of the other great pieces that we love, like Arabia children's dinner sets with wonderful animals or stunning Porsgrund egg cups.  We also have an affinity for diner ware and we will list those pieces on this site.
